Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
The college supports all areas of staff faith formation and actively encourages an open and inclusive approach to cultivating the spiritual growth of all staff. Every year the college has a staff spirituality day aligned with the college’s faith formation plan and strategic improvement plan. In cooperation with Marist Schools Australia, staff are invited to participate in the Marist Footsteps program, conducted at the Marist Hermitage, Mittagong over four days, throughout the year. Each year a member of staff is invited to participate in the Marist Pilgrimage, which visits the Holy Land, and spiritual locations connected to St Marcellin Champagnat in Italy and France.
